In order to set up SlidingPuzzle, follow the instructions.

Insert this into your site:
<applet code="SlidingPuzzle.class" codebase=directory width="400" height="300" IGNORE>
</applet>

Edit directory which is after codebase to the direction of the applet. Change width and height to the size of the applet
